(Ancient Greek: Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος, "island of Atlas")
The legendary Lost City of Atlantis was a work of classical fiction from the pen of a Greecian known as PLATO.
A satire on the Hubris of man, the city was fabled to have sank to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean after falling out of favor of the gods.
Now, it exists in The World Between.
Appearance
> The world itself is entirely underwater, but you will find you have no need to breathe. After all, you're dead. Try as you might, you can never swim to the surface.
> The city itself is a glistening utopia, glimmering endlessly and impossibly in black and white with the filtered light of the waves above. The structures are smooth and polished, etched with runes you don't understand and images of gods you know no names of.
> Giant murals remain as pristine as ever, small chips of glass and mosaic tile form their surfaces, a lost art that remains here untouched by the centuries of time that have past.
> The residents of Atlantis are figments or Grey, appearing as mythical mermaids that float through the water as if it gave them no resistance.
> The waves are gentle, calm, and they carry your movements easily.
